This bright holiday apartment for up to two guests is fully renovated. If you enjoy the typical character of an attic-floor apartment you will feel right at home here. This is where you can live almost like home on 35m² and enjoy individuality.

The spacious bed/living room with its subtle colour scheme and lots of light creates an enjoyable atmosphere. The comfortable double bed (incl. bed linen) ensures your pleasant dreams. Your luggage and clothes can be stored in the apartment’s wardrobe, which has sliding doors. The kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle. The cosy, light-flooded dining corner is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional Viennese breakfast.

The bathroom includes a shower with a rain shower head, modern glass fronts, and a big wall mirror. The WC is located in bathroom as well. Towels are provided for our guests.

The air conditioning provides a fresh atmosphere during the hotter summer months. A state-of-the-art flatscreen TV with satellite connection as well as an internet connection (WiFi) are ready for your entertainment.

The shared terrace with a view across Vienna’s rooftops is located on the same floor. Enjoy the view, let the city’s atmosphere sink in, and listen to its urban pulse.

Location

Central location with very good transport connections (U6 subway station “Alser Straße”, tram 43). A supermarket, stores, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. It takes about 10 minutes to get the city centre by public transport (tram 43). Public parking facilities are also nearby. The popular shopping street “Mariahilfer Strasse” and the “Westbahnhof” (Vienna’s western train station) can be reached within minutes. Vienna’s airport is approx. 20 kilometres away.
