The apartment has the typical character of an attic floor residence with its 35m² of “wellness space” for two people. Tasteful design and the characteristic sloping roof give this apartment its unique sense of spaciousness – one feels in good hands and almost like home.

The cosy bed/living room provides everything our guests may desire. The comfortable and modern double bed (incl. bed linen) ensures your restful sleep and pleasant dreams. Your clothes and luggage can be stored in the spacious wardrobe. The kitchenette comes equipped with a ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, and an electric kettle. The elegant dining corner with its comfy bench welcomes you for a well-deserved break.

The lavish bathroom with its modern glass front, a shower with a rain shower head and a WC make you feel right at home. Towels for our guests are provided as well.

A state-of-the-art flatscreen TV with satellite connection as well as an internet connection (WiFi) are ready for your entertainment. The air conditioning provides a fresh atmosphere during the hotter summer months. The apartment is fully renovated, furnished with an eye for detail, and is characterised by its contemporary and tasteful design.

The shared terrace with a view across Vienna’s rooftops is located on the same floor. Enjoy the view, let the city’s atmosphere sink in, and listen to its urban pulse.
